San Jose, Calif. – Nov. 2, 2017 – Aquantia Corp. today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,818,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $9.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on The New York Stock Exchange on Nov. 3, 2017 under the symbol “AQ.” In addition, Aquantia has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,022,700 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
